Head of Operations

In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and optimize our operations to drive sustainable growth and innovation. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for process improvement and a strong financial acumen, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll dive into our daily operations and collaboratively identify opportunities for structural improvements. You will oversee the overall planning and budget management across all collaborations, ensuring alignment with our goals. If you’re passionate about numbers, you’ll also monitor our profit & loss, ensuring healthy financial outcomes. For candidates with experience as an IT architect, this role can be combined with technical leadership of several teams.
