Our partnership with NIBC began with updating and overhauling the Belgian and Dutch websites. Due to the short turnaround time, we opted for a pragmatic approach, focusing on quick fixes and iterative improvements to the user experience and design. We started with a thorough analysis of the client’s needs and determined how to address them efficiently and effectively. For the website development, we chose Umbraco, a content management system that allows the client to later adjust the site according to their own needs. This provided more possibilities and flexibility, which was a key requirement for the client. This initial project was successful and led to the development of new websites built entirely from the ground up.
Following this success, we were invited to prototype and build NIBC’s first mobile banking app. We applied our expertise in research, strategy, wireframing, development, and user testing. Throughout the project, the focus was on user experience, regularly involving consumers in the design process.
